with Teltronics, Inc has developed the
first, and only, Nortel Networks Norstar
monitoring system.
Fully integrated with our
IRISnGEN system, our NOC now has the ability
to receive ALL alarms generated by Norstar
Modular ICS and Compact ICS systems.
Utilizing the Norstar Remote Access Device (RAD)
on the MICS, and the Integrated Remote
Access Device (IRAD) on the CICS, nexxtworks
can collect all alarm notifications and
process them accordingly. As long as the
system is properly equipped, implementation
can be performed easily by accessing the RAD
or IRAD and configuring the system to report
all occurrences to our Network Operations
Center.
